Brian has worked in the area of exercise and health for all of his adult life. His goal is the creation of balance within any given program. Brian's background in sport science and sports therapy allow him to integrate all energy systems into his exercise prescriptions. Brian divides his work schedule into a balance of personal training, Pilates classes and clinical work.


His special populations interest sees him train a high cross section of individuals, ranging from Ironman athletes to pregnant women.
