I have been a personal trainer since 2012. I got my passion for personal training at a very early age. I played sports in high school and while I was in the military I was in charge of my soldiers fitness, moral and welfare. That responsibility really gave me a purpose and drove me to complete my certification as a personal trainer to help people be a better version of themselves. I'm passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals. With years of experience designing workout plans, guiding clients through exercises, and providing nutritional advice, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each and every training session. Whether you are a new fitness enthusiast hoping to get in shape or a seasoned athlete looking to take your performance to the next level, I am here to help you succeed. I believe that fitness should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone, and I strive to make each session fun, engaging, and effective. Let's work together to achieve your goals and unlock your full potential! When I'm not whipping people into shape, I enjoy playing soccer in a league, going out to dinners in the Boston area, attending sporting events and spending lots of time with my family.
