Our clients who get the best results are consistent. They train with us multiple times a week, and when they travel, they don’t skip their workouts. They still train with us virtually when it’s convenient for them. The routine matters, we help you build one that holds.

A note on availability: Our team is small and intentionally so. If your first-choice time isn’t open, we’ll tell you honestly and work to find the next best option or get you on a short waitlist. Good training is worth a short wait.

Every new client goes through the same first step: a conversation with an actual person from our team. We find out about your goals, your schedule, what you used to to and what you want to do now. Then, we match you with the trainer on the Vos team who is the best fit for you specifically.
Our team is nearly 20 trainers, pilates teachers, yoga and mobility instructors, and health coaches. Every one of them was chosen because they see the body the way we do: as something worth understanding, not just exercising.
