I've been a personal trainer since 2012, but my passion for fitness started long before that. I grew up playing sports and continued that focus while serving in the military, where I was responsible for my soldiers' fitness, morale, and overall well-being. That experience gave me a strong sense of purpose and ultimately led me to pursue my certification as a personal trainer. I enjoy helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. With years of experience designing workout programs, coaching clients through movement, and offering practical nutrition guidance, I work with people at all stages of their fitness journey. Whether someone is just getting started or looking to improve performance, my goal is to make training effective, approachable, and sustainable. I believe fitness should feel challenging but also enjoyable. My sessions focus on building strength, improving overall fitness, and helping clients develop habits that support long-term success. Outside the gym, you'll usually find me playing in a soccer league, exploring restaurants around Boston, catching a sporting event, or spending time with my family.
