When I started Vos Fitness, my goal was simple: bring high-quality fitness experiences directly into residential and commercial spaces. This was back before 2020—before anyone expected the fitness center at home or at work to rival a traditional gym.
What began in 2015 as one-on-one training in a single residential building has grown into partnerships with more than a dozen residential properties and private companies. Along the way, I’ve met incredible clients, residents, managers, and trainers—and I’m grateful for every one of them.
With more than 25 years in the fitness and wellness industry, my background includes personal training, Pilates, and a variety of movement disciplines. I also work closely with buildings to design and develop fitness spaces that truly work for the people using them. Because I train in the spaces I help create, I focus on making them not just beautiful, but functional, intuitive, and inspiring.
My approach to training is rooted in intelligent movement. The goal isn’t just to exercise—it’s to move well. I help clients build strength, flexibility, and body awareness in ways that support everyday life. My programs combine Pilates, strength training, kettlebells, Barre, and other methods to challenge the body and create lasting results.
Pilates is the foundation of my training method because it teaches alignment, control, and deep strength—things that carry into everything else you do. That’s why many of the programs I design combine Pilates-inspired work with traditional strength training like deadlifts, squats, and presses to build real, functional strength.
At the end of the day, the goal is simple: help people get stronger, move better, and feel good
