We will be providing a whole suite of video content exclusively for Goodwin!!  The silver lining of all of this is you now have a chance to workout with all of the instructors.  You'll meet teachers and trainers from locations throughout the country and get access to a variety of classes.  The best part - no cap on capacity so you can do every class plus we'll introduce new class types that you may have never tried and you can do them on your own schedule.

We will be filming and uploading content on nearly a daily basis so you will always have lots of new and fun things to try!   Our online classes will be a variety of Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Mobility Sessions and more. Stay tuned!
