We want to hear from you! When you go on vacation, do you work out? If so, what do you do?
I love vacation workouts! Depending where I'm going I use the great outdoors as much as possible. My family and I love to hike so we strap our daughter on our back, take the dog and find a hike to explore! Other times we'll do a total body, bodyweight workout together. I don't have a rigid plan because we're on vacation, we just get up and move our bodies however we feel like it that day!
Yay! I always workout on vacation. Whether I begin the day with a little mat pilates or a morning run I definitely need to move! I do not stick to a rigid plan because I like to change up my routine when we are away. We tend to run or walk a lot on vacation because I think it's the best way to explore a new place. My son used to happily sit in the carriage while but now he runs with us! I'm amazed at how much he loves it. If I'm feeling really ambitious, I'll find a yoga or pilates studio wherever I am and hop into a class.
