Lauren is a seasoned fitness and nutrition professional with more than 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. A lifelong athlete, she grew up as a competitive swimmer, gymnast, dancer, and tennis player, and went on to compete as a Division I swimmer at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is also a Boston Marathon qualifier and a three-time CrossFit Regional athlete.

Lauren’s passion for health and human performance has shaped both her lifestyle and her career. She specializes in functional strength and conditioning, flexibility, mobility and yoga, behavioral and lifestyle habit change, nutrition coaching, goal setting, and comprehensive wellness planning. Her approach centers on empowering individuals to build sustainable habits, cultivate confidence, and become the strongest and healthiest version of themselves.

In addition to her professional work, Lauren is a mother of three young children and can often be found at the hockey rink supporting their athletic pursuits.
